Payments will NOT be processed on a Bank Holiday. As a result, your payment may be delayed approximately 1 business day if you work a shift 1-2 days before the Bank Holiday.
Specific for July 4th, 2024:
- If you worked a shift on Tuesday, July 2nd, your hours will be verified on Wednesday, and your payment will be sent on Friday.
- If you worked a shift on Wednesday, July 3rd, your hours will be verified on Friday, and your payment will be sent on Monday for quick pay or the following Friday for Weekly Pay.
For Bank Holidays that fall on a Friday:
If you work a Wednesday shift, your hours will be verified on Thursday, and your payment will be sent the following Monday for quick pay or the following Friday for Weekly Pay.
If you work a Thursday shift, your hours will be verified on Monday, and your payment will be sent on Tuesday for Quick pay or the following Friday for Weekly Pay.
For Bank Holidays that fall on a Monday:
If you work a Thursday shift, your hours will be verified on Friday, and your payment will be sent the following Tuesday for Quick Pay or the following Friday for Weekly pay.
If you work a Friday shift, your hours will be verified on Tuesday, and your payment will be sent on Wednesday for Quick Pay or the following Friday for Weekly Pay.
Please note that payments are not sent to banks on the holidays. Any payments that should have been sent on the holiday will be sent the next business day.
