How does a Bank Holiday affect my pay?

Please be aware that payments will NOT be processed on Bank Holidays. As a result, if you work a shift 1-2 days before a Bank Holiday, your payment may be delayed by approximately one business day.


For Bank Holidays on a Friday:

  • Wednesday Shift: Your hours will be verified on Thursday, and your payment will be sent the following Monday for Quick Pay, or the following Friday for Weekly Pay.

  • Thursday Shift: Your hours will be verified on Monday, and your payment will be sent on Tuesday for Quick Pay, or the following Friday for Weekly Pay.


For Bank Holidays on a Monday:

  • Thursday Shift: Your hours will be verified on Friday, and your payment will be sent the following Tuesday for Quick Pay, or the following Friday for Weekly Pay.

  • Friday Shift: Your hours will be verified on Tuesday, and your payment will be sent on Wednesday for Quick Pay, or the following Friday for Weekly Pay.


Important Reminders:

- Payments are not processed or sent to banks on Bank Holidays.

- Any payments due on a holiday will be sent on the next business day.
