Payments will not be processed on a Bank Holiday.
When a shift falls on a Bank Holiday businesses will have until 5pm the following business day to verify hours and make any necessary changes. If you have quick pay, your payment will be sent out the next business day. If you have standard pay your payment will be sent the following Friday.
Example 1: If the Bank Holiday falls on a Friday, the business will have until 5pm on Monday to verify your hours or they will be auto-verified, and your pay will be sent on Tuesday if you have quick pay or the following Friday for standard pay.
Example 2: If you have a shift on Thursday and the Bank Holiday falls on a Friday, the businesses will have until the next business day on Monday to verify your hours or they will be auto-verified. Your pay will be sent the next business day on Tuesday for quick pay or the following Friday for standard pay.
