When Will I Be Paid?

Modified on Tue, 26 Nov at 12:40 PM

Businesses have until 5pm the following business day to adjust workers hours before *auto-verification will take place. Please note that the business adjusting or entering in hours before they are auto verified will NOT expedite the payment process. All payments still need to go through auto-verification before payments can be sent.

Quick Pay (2 days): Your hours will be verified 1 business day after the shift has been completed, and payment will be sent 1 business day after the hours have been verified. Here are two examples of how this may play out in reality.

  • You complete a shift on Monday. Hours are verified on Tuesday. Payment is sent on Wednesday.
  • You complete a shift on Thursday. Hours are verified on Friday. Payment is sent on Monday (payments are not processed on weekends).

Friday Payout: Your hours will be verified 1 business day after the shift has been completed, and payment will be sent the following Friday. Here are two examples of how this may play out in reality.

  • You complete your shift on a Tuesday. Hours are verified on Wednesday. Payment is sent that Friday.
  • You complete a shift on Thursday. Hours are verified on Friday. Payment is sent the following Friday (7 days later in this case).

What if Bacon and Everee say that I've been paid, but I'm still not seeing it in my account?

If you are seeing that the Bacon app and Everee show that your payment has been paid out, but you haven’t received the funds in your account yet, don’t worry your payment is on its way!  After we have sent your payment to our third-party payroll platform, Everee, it takes some time for your bank to deposit that into your account. The time frame varies from bank to bank, but you can be sure to see the funds in your account by the end of the day as long as your Direct Deposit information is correct.

*More on Auto-verification

Workers who do not check in and out of a shift will not be paid automatically if the company does not input hours for them. Hours must be entered, or a check-in and check-out must be present for auto-verification to take place.

The LAST edit or addition of hours made by either the business or worker is what will be auto-verified. Hours that are disputed through the app will not be auto-verified.
