How Do I Hire a Bacon Worker Full-Time?
We love when a great working relationship turns into something permanent! Bacon welcomes and celebrates when a business wants to make a worker a full-time part of their team.
Conversion Fees
Hiring a Bacon worker as a permanent employee requires a temp-to-hire conversion fee. The fee is based on how many hours that worker has logged with your company on the platform:

Under 300 hours worked: $1,000 conversion fee
300+ hours worked: Fee is reduced to $500

These are among the lowest conversion fees of any gig work platform. You can track exactly where a worker stands on hours — and what your conversion fee would be — directly in the app.
How to Make an Offer
You can send a full-time hiring invite right from the app. Simply navigate to your Workers list, select the worker you'd like to hire, and click "Hire Worker." The worker will receive an in-app message and must confirm the hire — the fee is only charged once both parties confirm.
