What does a background check cover?
Wanted Person
Criminal History
Arrest Record
Delinquency / Mischief
Drug-Related Offenses
Theft / Burglary
Violent Offenses
Sex Offender Registry
Terrorism Watch List
Sanctioned / Banned Persons Lists
Note: Traffic-related offenses are only considered for shifts where driving is part of the job. Currently, Bacon does not offer driving-based shifts, so this is generally not a factor.
Who can see and apply for shifts?
Shifts that require a background check: Only available to workers who have passed and been approved through the background check process.
Shifts that do not require a background check: May be visible to all workers - Including those who have not completed a background check or who did not meet Bacon's background check standards.
This helps ensure each shift is matched with workers who meet the appropriate level of screening for that role.
