What do I do if I feel I've been Harassed or Discriminated against?

We Take these claims very seriously at Bacon, and we are committed to ensuring that you feel safe while you work on the platform!

Here are the things we need you to do to speed up the process, so we can start our inquiry faster: 

1. Contact the supervisor at the site. If the harassment/discrimination is coming from your supervisor try to contact the shift lead that is listed on your Bacon app. 

2. Once you have discussed it with the supervisor/shift lead, email us with the following information: 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your Address
  • Your Phone number
  • Name of Business you were working for
  • Location of Business you were working for
  • Date of shift worked
  • Any witness names
  • Describe the incident, include statements, names and any other details of the event
  • Was supervisor notified?
  • What was the result?


If you do not send us this information, our first response will be an automated message asking the above questions. 

3. Once you have completed steps 1 & 2 we will begin our inquiry into the incident. We try to be as thorough as possible, and this means that it can take upwards of one week for us to gather the information needed. A Bacon representative will be in contact with you to give you updates on the progress of your complaint and to gather more information as needed.
