The following are the types of issues you should send to our support team at clientsupport@baconinc.com:

  • Getting a worker paid for a shift in the past

  • Removing a No Show if it was done on accident

  • Blocking a worker if you were unable to when rating workers

  • Worker issues

  • Billing/invoice issues

  • App issues/bugs

Client Support hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday (MST)
